Why Charcuterie with a Twist?

Our team wanted to put on a professional charcuterie class that is accessible to college students with a lower cost!

We, as a team, have been lucky enough to partner with a professional who is able to come and help put on our event. We will be working with Nicolle, who owns her own small business called ConvinoBoards. She has been kind enough to be share her talents for on the evening of April 13th to better our event!

Meet Nicolle

The expert who will be leading the workshop.


Hi, I’m Nicolle Laviolette and I am the owner and creator of ConVino Board. My passion for charcuterie started years ago when I picked up a love for entertaining and expressing my creativity through preparing cheese & deli meats aesthetically for friends and family.
